honestly people that like… police ships are baffling to me. i mean, first of all, fictional characters aren’t real. they are not real people. no one is actually affected by doing this. secondly, there are ships that make me uncomfortable! there are ships that i actively dislike! so what do i do? i block that content and just don’t actively seek it out/make long-ass posts about why people shouldn’t do what they do.

(also, mocking those ships in private with your friends helps. just don’t take it out publicly on social media for christ’s sake. no one needs that drama and you’ll just look like an asshole.)

honestly my only problem with shippers is when they write/draw stuff that’s ooc but that’s unrelated. ship what ya want. it’s a free internet.
