Tumblr user bpd-johnlock, pictured above, has recently expressed concern over the fact that some people who watch anime also watch series’ where some characters have large, visible breasts.
“I just think it’s really gross that people watch that,“ bpd-johnlock stated to our reporter, “those sorts of shows are just so problematic. I’ve watched 3 whole hours of JJBA:Stardust Crusaders, and that show just has so many positive LGBT messages (In reference to her 30+ hours of searching up fanart and fan-fiction of the series).“
Ms. Johnlock, who is known for having multiple different versions of the Miyazaki “Anime was a mistake“ image and posts it whenever she can while not even knowing that the quote is fake, also revealed to our reporter that she only supports anime that she feels helps contribute to feminism in Japan. She noted this support does not come in the form of buying Bluray sets, figures, OSTs, or other merchandise, but in renewing her Crunchyroll subscription.
“I’m sure things will change for the better,“ bpd-johnlock noted, “I don’t know why Japan has ignored such a powerful buying force like America for so long.“
