I alllmost posted these yesterday and then made myself wait, so I could space out my posts like a h*cking adult.

Actually this drawing kick has been great, because it’s forced me to slow down on my current manuscript. I sent the first installment to betas last week and told myself I was going to wait to start book 2 to let my thoughts settle… and made it a whole six days before I started writing again. I got four chapters written before this Coco streak kicked in. So while I’m sure my agent and editor are staring bewildered at this weird tangential side street I’m rampaging through, it’s keeping me from rushing into drafting.
