You know what? I just realized that R.eunited would have been the perfect excuse to have C.onnie show up in a saree, half saree, langa voni, similar.

Yet they did not grab the chance that presented itself so perfectly. A wedding would have been the perfect time to have her show up in one??? Shame. 

And you can’t convince me that someone as studious as Connie wouldn’t want to learn about the cultural history of her fellow Indian people.

It’s almost like the crew actually don’t give a damn about how they write characters of color.

For such a progressive show, it feels awfully regressive.
