Regarding those fear-sensing alien security drones: so like, Ford in his mid-20s was absolutely smart enough to have figured that out, and maybe by then he’d handled enough weird stuff that ~focusing on his intellect~ to stay calm would have come naturally,

I’m also kind of charmed by the idea of Bill watching this chase sequence go down from the other side of their mindscape hotline and throwing his hands up all “ohhhhhhhhhhh my god how did you flailing marrow jockeys ever make it out of the ocean, adrenaline is such a scam, here, let me drive and I’ll show you how to turn that shit off”
So I guess what I’m saying here is I don’t want the sexy possession so much as the super exasperated symbiotic “this project won’t work if my main dude gets himself vaporized in the blueprint phase” possession. Is there more of that? I don’t know, maybe there should be more of that.

The idea of giant Bill poking Fordsy like this was too perfect. The finger is pretty much traced from “Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie Part III: The Rebellion Story”, but all the Ford animation was by me. Yes, it took a long time, haha.
